Sasha Mutala from the UBC Thunderbirds worked with Slapshot Alley this year to make some new technical videos that we will start using to help explain the technique of all the different types of shots in hockey. I have been running a 6am group on Mondays for over a year with 5 kids. They come once a week, and we've only cancelled once or twice because the Rink was closed for a holiday. So I have decided to open up another day!

This summer we definitely saw some amazing improvement especially with some Slapshot beginners that went from a 30mph slapshot to a 40 mph slapshot in only 2 months
